1.) No Harry Potter, No Anime, and No Twilight! - We're trying to keep this as realistic as possible and magic, air-bending, and vampirism just don't fit.

2.) No OOC Drama! - Feuds between characters is fine. In fact, it's encouraged, seeing as they're psychopathic teenagers. But keep it within the confines of the plot.

3.) No God-Modding and No Mary Sues! - You should all know this by now.

4.) If your thread is going to be above PG-13, add the rating to the title!

5.) About Multiple Characters... - You are welcome and encouraged to have multiple characters but you must make a new account for each and be able to keep up with them all!

6.) Check the Villain Claim thread before you post a character application for a resident of the Institution! - If the villain you would like is already taken and it is indicated that "no opennings are available", then you can't make a character that is their protégé! However, if an opening is indicated, you must PM the person who plays their pre-existing child.[Be careful, California, you're: supposed to be the crazy state!]

7.) No actual villains! - That is, unless you can come up with a really clever plot and PM it to the creator!

8.) I under stand muse can run low sometimes but please, Do not let your post length go below two paragraphs.
